Key Responsibilities

To perform analysis on all NCRs of both foundries and machine shops
To follow up for the closing of all NCRs generated by QA
To find out the root causes of all repeated NCR and to audit of such NCRS prior to closing
To standardize all existing QA procedures of foundries and machine shops
To develop standard protocols for foundries and also to ensure the implementation with the assistance of floor QA Incharge
To maintain the continual improvement form
To tackle all NDT matters

Responsibilities and Authority

To coordinate all NDT activities at company and on customer sites
To assist HSE officer in implementing safety rules at shop floors
To manage generation of all QA certificates/documents, timely.
To log QA recommendations and see if changes done or not.
To maintain customer complains record and initiate improvement meetings
To monitor the QA staff, working in QA (Document control, incoming inspection, HSE, NDT and calibration)
To see administrative matters of QA
To coordinate for the training of QA staff where necessary
