Manage complete Sales cycle
Manage invoicing and payment recovery
Establish effective business relationships with existing customers and prospectss
Expand the customer base and retain existing customers
Provide demand forecasts considering market dynamics and trends for accuracy
Maintain documentation for Government, Semi-Government, and private organizations in accordance with policies and procedures
Provide relevant information to HOD and Product teams regarding market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to support decision-making, strategy development, and market penetration
Participate in training and development sessions to adopt smart working techniques, enhance interpersonal skills, and innovate strategies and products
Coach and train team members to keep them engaged and motivated
Conduct market surveys and analysis as needed
