  • Will supervise the day to day affairs of the respective company, within his region, while focusing primarily on operational aspects.
  • Will be responsible for articulating and optimizing the performance of regional operations’ staff along with addressing issues related to their discipline and work ethics.
  • Will ensure the implementation of the policy guidelines and directions set by the GM through interpreting these in to specific tasks to be undertaken by various appointments of the region.
  • Will ensure timely initiation of reports and returns to all concerned.
  • Will be responsible for receivables of his region, specific to his company, and will share the timeline with GM and HO.
  • Will supervise the implementation of KPIs signed with the client at all projects.
  • Will maintain regular contact with the existing clients through mail, cell phone and physically meeting each client atleast once in a month.
  • Will be the focal person for region level response during crisis management at all projects.
  • Will undertake any additional task assigned by the GM, or the Head Office.
