We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience and expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills along with a strong proficiency in various components of the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Data Integration, Data Visualization, Custom Connectors, App Development, Workflow Automation, and AI Builder.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Develop custom solutions and applications tailored to meet business requirements using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other relevant tools.
Design and implement data integration solutions for seamless data flow across different systems and platforms.
Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI for effective data visualization.
Develop custom connectors and extensions to integrate third-party services and APIs with the Power Platform.
Build and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents for automated customer interactions.
Utilize AI Builder to develop and integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into Power Platform solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Power Platform development best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.
Demonstrated experience in data integration, visualization, and workflow automation using the Power Platform.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, or Dynamics 365 (preferred).
