Report to CEO, Directors and GMs at HO for all School matters.
Develop the School and make all efforts to increase the number of admissions.
Responsible for the School and Children Health, Safety and Security.
Implement teaching methodologies as per the curriculum.
Maintain the Human Resource at her disposal, i.e Teaching, Administrative and Support Staff and look after their welfare.
Be a leader and motivate all staff members to perform to the best of their abilities.
Organise regular training sessions for the new or old teaching staff and be a role model to motivate and encourage them to accomplish their assigned goals.
Implement RMS administrative, academic, HR, School operations, DQCA, Policies, Procedures, rules, regulations as instructed from time to time from various departments of HO in class rooms and in school.
Attend to parents complaints and remain in communication with the parental community and the students.
Look after the financial aspects of the school and maintain the highest standards within the budget allocation.
Maintain discipline in the school.
