Know to prepare the BOQ of civil works (if it’s not given by the client)
Know to Review the project drawing, BOQ and scope of work of civil works.
Plan all the work according to the timescale & deadlines for the project.
Estimate materials, equipment, & labor for each item & deliver a list of it to the manager.
Monitoring/ Supervising, managing and inspecting the whole project and the manpower.
Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
Control the manpower & check their productivities.
Responsibility of execution of the whole project.
Meetings with the client for technical assistance.
