· Acquaint with the cell phone products features being distributed by M&P as well as the competing brands, viz., benefits, prices, pack sizes, etc.
· Secure appropriate sales orders from retail outlets, as per shelf availability, product demand, product movement and Company sales plan.
· Participate in the sales targeting for the next period, viz., quarterly, monthly and daily basis.
· Ensure compliance of pre-defined credit policy.
· Responsible for the submission of daily call report according to the sales plan specifying collection of receivables, order booking and delivery.
· Filling of customers record cards and ensure that the same are complete and up-to-date.
· Review the daily sales orders, customer complaints etc. obtained from the market, with the City Manager.
