Software Development:

  • Programming of program questionnaires using ODK android based application in PDAs and provision of users manuals.
  • Customization of the questionnaires in the PDAs as requested by Senior Team Leader Information Management.
  • Development of android mobile applications and desktop apps using .net framework as per requested by STL Information Management.

Managing Call Center:

  • Supervise the overall Call Center activities, keeping the qualitative data.
  • Assist Senior Team Leader Information Management in developing the data entry application for CC team.

Data Analysis:

  • Ensure data collected from the field is uploaded to the database and is in line with live analysis tool.
  • Working on improving the tools - preparing data tabulation plan and programming the required output/result tables or the reporting formats so that the data collected through PDAs is directly translated into results tables.
  • Data analysis and report generation skills.
  • Ensure proper data cleaning of all program data, particularly the data cleaning forms assigned.

PDAs Handling:

  • Providing technical support for PDA trouble shooting; data uploading, data transferring and report generation.
  • Sector-wise result tables/reporting format are programmed and linked with the questionnaires loaded in the PDAs

Internal & External Communication:

  • Close communication with field surveyors, monitors, supervisors and Senior Team leaders in various activities regarding PDA devices, questionnaire issues, entries of duplicate records if noticed & verification of records.

Any other task assigned by the Senior Team Leader Information Management.

مہارتیں

Experience in SQL server management and MySQL.
GIS basic knowledge
Sound knowledge of .net framework.
ASP.net / MVC/ Ajax / jQuery
Understanding of programming in ODK will be preferred.
Ability to program to obtain cross-sector tabulations as required.
Ability to assist in data editing with the programmer and data analyst.
Ability to clean data fields according to predetermined edit specifications
Aptitude to train PDA users in the use of the programs.
Ability to liaise to the field teams to provide solutions and support in case of electronic gadgets problems in the field.
Willingness to work long hours and on week-ends if required by the emergency assessment.


a) Education:
Masters/ Bachelor degree in Computer
Sciences (IT/ICT) from any reputable institution

b) Work Experience:
Minimum 2 year experience required in application development and data management.

c) Languages:
Must be fluent in Urdu & English languages both written and spoken. (Pashto is optional)
