Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships? We're looking for a talented Public Relations Officer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture relationships and gather feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
