Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the business from zero and grab the attention of the target audience.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach them.

3. Create and implement innovative and effective marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.

4. Analyse and interpret data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers, to expand the business's reach and impact.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Expert or similar role, with a successful track record of growing businesses from zero and grabbing the attention of the target audience.

2. In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing initiatives.

6. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business growth and customer acquisition goals.

7. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
