We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at our Mingora office. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving corporate sales initiatives, forging strong relationships with corporate clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including commercial properties, office spaces, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular communication, networking, and personalized service.
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of corporate clients and provide tailored real estate solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of real estate transactions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the real estate market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts using inhouse application.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales or business development role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and practices is an asset.
