Qualification.....

BE (Mechanical) or DAE

Experience.....

HVAC Design & Evaluation Experience.

Understand HVAC Drawing received from Planning Department.

Make Bar Chart & Project Schedule for the work & share it with PMC / Architect / Client.

Receive Material & issue it to Contractor.

Monitor Day to Day site issues & Plans.

Billing of the work carried & final work Certification.

Safety & EHS Control.

Quality check as per check list.

Handling over site with Satisfaction Letter.

Reconciliation of Material.

Planning and designing HVAC systems for commercial complexes and hotels.

Preparation of design and technical specifications not limited to HVAC including head load calculation, selection of equipment, duct designing, pipe size calculation, unit location finalization, CFM & velocity calculation, distribution & balancing etc.

Assist Sales & Marketing Team in preparation of BOQ and Technical Specification as per drawing and preparation of cost analysis

Should plan and schedule sequence of activities of all HVAC systems including preparation of tender drawings, preparation of tender documents for the bidding.

Liaise with your team mates in other disciplines to ensure delivery of quality service.

Execution of our large geothermal air-conditioning projects including – site
