Role Overview:

Stepup Visa Consultants is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the operations of the consultancy firm, assisting with client management, team coordination, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the visa application process.
  2. Team Coordination: Collaborate with consultants and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  3. Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing documents, and maintaining client records.
  4. Sales Support: Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and following up with potential clients.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company policies to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  6. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations as needed to track progress and performance metrics.
  7. Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of visa regulations and improve client service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Immigration Law, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and client management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of visa regulations and immigration processes is a plus.
