We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate professional who is inclined to undertake challenging endeavors that will utilize their skills & insights about this field to bring more value to the organization.

Responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences (facebook, twitter etc)
Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc
Close liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered
Respond and react to changes within social networks – functionality, etiquette, reporting etc
Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc
Utilise great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, stimulate discussions, encourage debate etc ‘Think on your feet’ real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing
Work closely with the website development team and corporate communications
Enthusiasm with responsibility

Skills, Qualification & Experience Required:

Experience managing social media accounts
A keen and active interest in social media
Ability to think creatively
Highly organized, ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all online content
A demonstrated ability to understand the appropriate tone for each social media channel
Self motivated and proactive
Any Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma/Graduation/Post-Graduation.
MBA/BBA Marketing or equivalent
