Responsibilities:

Creativity in link building
Have good sense of writing
Manual link building - no spamming or use of automatic software
Good understanding and familiarity with "white hat" Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices
Ability to create genuine and permanent links
Staying on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest
Website analysis, recommendations and execution
Building and maintaining unique strategies for each client
Effective writing skills to create catchy titles and description

Experience:

Developing the client’s online brand identities using natural search
Building and managing relationships with potential bloggers
Guest blog posting on leading blogs
Social media management
Blogging experience will be a plus
