Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Ensure preparation of periodical financial statements of the Bank in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and maintain liaison with Bank’s External Auditors for timely completion of Statutory Audit Engagements.
Ensure periodical business segment analysis and reporting thereof.
Ensure timely variance analysis with due reasoning from the concerned business functions/branches.
Ensure review of Bank’s Chart of Account and assessing usability of heads of accounts at branch as well as offices level.
Ensure timely updating of Bank’s entity ratings as well instruments ratings on need basis.
Facilitate in preparation of disclosures and financial ratios required for Bank’s published accounts.
Provide necessary input for periodic review of Finance Division related Manuals, SOPs and Policies.

Qualification: Only the candidates having degree of ACA, ICAEW can apply.

Experience: Minimum 09 Years of experience in finance with 03 years relevant banking experience.

Age: Up to 40 Years as of May 28, 2024.
