We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Store General Manager” to oversee all aspects of our retail operation in *Sialkot*. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing a diverse team. The Store General Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store.
Responsibilites:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
- Managing budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and coach staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and security.
