We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our fashion brand's digital advertising efforts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing Shopify-based eCommerce campaigns, coupled with expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Manage Shopify-based eCommerce campaigns, including product listings, dynamic ads, and retargeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine campaign strategies and improve performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages tailored to our target audience.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, industry trends, and platform updates to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
X years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing advertising campaigns for fashion brands.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify platform.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and brand storytelling.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
