We are looking for a Call Center/live chat Representative who will work on a UK-based furniture-selling campaign.
Call center Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Working with one of the Uk’/s leading furniture company that are manufacturers itself and importing products as well. We’ve been outsourced by them to look after all their products marketing, sales, orders, deliveries and after sales services. We advertise all their products on different platforms, with same appearance as if we are based in Uk, generate sales, forward customer details (address,contact etc.) along with the required product and forward it to the manufacturer. They’ll get the product ready and deliver at customers doorstep with COD.
