Our Client is a leading Engineering and Construction firm with operations in Pakistan, Bangladesh and the Middle East.

They are looking for an experienced 'Quantity Surveyor' to join their Civil Works team. The job is for Lahore however may require travel for projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

The Surveyor will seek to minimize costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Many of these will be specified by statutory building regulations, which the surveyor needs to understand and adhere to.

You may work in an office or on site. You will be involved in a project from the start, preparing estimates and costs of the work.

As a project progresses, you will be required to keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports to show profitability
