your role is to expend our energy broker services to call centres and BPOs already working on the same campaign in your cities,

Business Development:
- Identify new areas of business growth and expansion.
- Planning for Brand development and promotion strategies
Marketing & Retail:
- Monitoring and analysis of Sales, marketing campaigns and advertisement activities
- Close coordination with sales, design & production team to analyze sales trends, customer feedback.

- Develop new vendors and establish healthier relations with them in order to source best quality products.
Employee Management:
- Manage a team of production, meet own targets as well as teams targets.
- Assign, review and evaluate their objectives, coach & train them
