UI / UX Team Lead

Viftech is looking for UI / UX Team Lead to join our team, the applicant will support his team in designing various Mobile App, Windows, Web and Cloud based (SaaS) software initiative. This position will significantly contribute to the design and interactions that define our current & future software offerings and also set direction for UI / UX Department. Incumbent must have experience in designing key pieces of core products and have ability to solve complex interactions. This is an active hands-on role, designing key pieces of the core product, and solving complex interactions. Must have hands-on experience with tools and utilities like Axure RP to facilitate accelerated design and development.

Key Responsibilities

· Re-define design / development process at Viftech to make it user-centered design / development

· Eligible of creating use case to define requirements of new features and redesigning existing features, to make the products more usable and interactive.

· Able to design workflows, interactive prototypes and functional specifications

· Must have innovation and creativity to design easy-to-use, simple and creative solutions to address complex software requirements and workflows, across multiple persona needs

· Able to communicate at different level with both technical and non-technical users to ensure design of the products meets user implied and expressed needs and product requirements

· Work closely with both graphic designer to implement visual design elements and with Software Engineers to add interactivity

· Highly organized to track versioning of UXD changes with their impact

· Work closely with designers / developers to design / develop UX pattern libraries and style guides

· Have thorough experience of understanding different users their profiles, personas and their goals, for effective UX design

· Have practical experience of conducting design and usability test and able to communicate the results and provide recommendations for to the development / designing team

· Make sure that user interface / experience issues are checked alongside
