Business Development Manager

We are a dynamic startup looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by bidding on projects on Upwork and other platforms, with compensation based on the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success and future opportunities.
Collaborate with our team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our unique offerings.
Negotiate project terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Track and report on project progress and success rates to inform future business strategies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a startup environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on the successful completion of each project. You will receive a percentage of the project value for each successful bid.
