We are looking for a highly creative designer with a strong marketing mindset who can plan and take conceptual ideas and create visual representations for email campaigns.

Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to the final deliverable.
Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that converts.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

What You'll Do

Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for various materials, including email templates, campaigns, presentations, web pages, short videos/GIFs, and marketing material.
Translate strategic direction into the high-quality design within an established brand identity.

Who You Are

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5 years of experience in graphic design.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, motion designing, and other graphic design software.
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
Unapologetically obsessed with quality.
Able to make mistakes and learn from them.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent eye for detail.
