HR Coordinator

yieldWerx develops and support a semiconductor test and yield data management software, which enables customers ranging from fabless design houses, to full blown wafer fabs & assembly test houses, to improve their business processes, the quality of the data being collected, and the integration with external data sources. Currently, we are looking for a HR Coordinator having 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. In this key role, you will be responsible for day to day administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Schedule candidate interviews, working in conjunction with other executives.

• Pre-Employment screening administration

• Coordinate for recruitment & selection activities

• Welcome and complete day one orientation for new employees

• Exit interview coordination

• Administration of HR process and policies, update and maintain employee files

• Support employees with basic HR related requests such as healthcare and other benefit related information, form completion, provider contact, etc

•Attendance and employees records

• Preparation of official letters

• Manage sensitive and confidential information such as, personal employee information and organizational changes

Qualifications: Experience, Competencies and Education

• 1-2 years’ Human Resource Assistant experience preferred

• BBA or preferably MBA with specialization in HRM.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) required

• Effective problem solving skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Monster etc.

• General knowledge of human resource practices and policies will be a plus
