Monitoring Construction of electro-mechanical amusement park rides while maintaining close liaison with manufacturing(s).
Developing drawing/maintenance routine / operating instructions as the rides are being manufactured.
Ensuring timely completion of ancillary civil and electrical works.
Organizing the whole activity such that commissioning of a ride completes with no or minimum time delays.
Keeping all stake holders abreast of their responsibilities and role in the project.
Good understanding of various welding and inspection techniques, static/dynamics structural load calculations, corrosion prevention, knowledge of bearing, gears,hydraulics and pneumatics.
knowledge of Steel structure erection / HVAC or heavy machinery Commissioning projects. also understanding of electrical motors and operating panels (breakers, safeties and timers).
