Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in booking domestic and international tickets.
- Plan travel itineraries, suggesting routes and accommodations.
- Manage reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Stay updated on fares, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure documentation compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless travel arrangements.
- Stay informed about ticketing systems and technology.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in airline reservation systems like Amadeus or Sabre
- Strong understanding of airline routes, schedules, and fares
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers with bookings and inquiries
- Attention to detail for accurate ticketing and itinerary planning
- Ability to handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues such as overbooking or flight delays
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations to assist customers with relevant information.
