Job Description:
· Handling school admission queries and making all efforts to increase school admissions.
· Attend to parent complaints and attend to parent community and the students. Striving to make administration smooth and keeping the parent satisfaction at the highest level.
· Maintaining record of admissions, visitors and taking a feedback from interested parents.
· Ensuring the implementation of our vision, approach and procedures.
· Record management- Admission Queries, current students, results and all important data.
· Working with others to plan and coordinate things and school events and ensuring smooth administration and management of events.
· Managing school PTCs, results and examinations.
· Ensuring effective school communication with parents by all means.
· Ensuring the smooth running of affairs of the admissions office and acting as a link between parents/teachers and management.
· Follow up to procurement and requisitions

Alma Mater School
Alma Mater, situated in Main Gulberg, on Aisha Siddiqa Road, is a Pre and Junior School. The Preschool consists of Toddlers, Playgroup, Nursery and K.G classes whereas, the Junior School comprises of Grades 1, 2, 3 and 4. The starting ages of the children are 2+ and go up to 8+. It was founded in 1980 by a group of enthusiastic educationists keen to give quality education to children. Dr. Ahsan-ul-Haq Rana and Dr. Jamila Rana, both the founders of the school, had done masters from Columbia University, U.S.A and were serving at key educational teaching posts at the time. The school has been providing quality education since it's inception and it's many alumni are working in all walks of life and serving the nation.
