Last season review, check last season sales target and analysis upcoming year sales forecast.
Analysis current apparel trends.
Planning for new season and also sales target.
Do Design, fabrication and accessories planning.
Search new vendors, and also make good relations with all vendors.
Visit to vendor’s site.
Meeting with vendors and explaining new required requirements.
Preparing samples from vendors.
Negotiating with vendors for price costing.
Giving approval on samples.
After approving samples go forward to the production planning.
Make Articles/Styles list from inventory control department.
Preparing production orders.
Execution of orders (production).
Handle quality issues in sampling as well as production.
Manage vendor’s Performa invoice.
Manage and maintain Apparel stock level.
Maintaining files
