Over all maintenance of Plant, Production, Machines and equipment.
Daily Break down maintenance and keep its record for future references.
Daily breakdowns report with reasons and action plan. Plant machines preventive and corrective maintenance.
Managing and supervising a team of maintenance associates including maintenance officer/foreman
Preparation of annual Preventive maintenance, PM check sheets, Lubrication / Oiling and servicing schedule, S.O.P etc
Preparation of maintenance reports i.e. Daily activities, Monthly & annual reports, problem & fault analysis report, B.O.Q, Annual Budget, feasibility reports and presentations.
Ensure the availability of spare parts for both Preventive and corrective maintenance.
Overhauling of various plant machinery

3- Must have worked in an ERP based environment
4- Ability to improve technical skills of the team by conducting trainings
