1. Monitors Sales Plan for the assigned Area Sales Office(s) to ensure Business Growth, Profitability, Minimization of Losses & Optimum Utilization of Resources in line with defined KPIs.

2. Manages the Sales team to ensure smooth Sales Operations & consequent cash flows.

3. Keeps close liaison with the Principal counterpart for issue resolution & other coordination & build relationship.

4. Builds relationship with key customers & ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Ensures development of customer in Clusters & Territories to increase market presence & visibility.

6. Keeps close liaison with Supply Chain counterpart to ensure smooth sales operations.

7. Ensures compliance of company policies & SOPs.

8. Critically reviews & analyzes key aspects of the business for corrective & preventive measures for the assigned area(s).

9. Critically reviews & analyzes sales operations of the assigned area(s) for improvements.

10. Provides tactical assistance, guidance &/or coaching to respective FSEs for issue resolution.

11. Visit the Sales Office, Warehouse & Market to:

  • Assess working of the FSEs, TSOs & Delivery Men;
  • Provide on job training & coaching to FSEs, TSOs and Delivery Men;
  • Analyze the Product availability & visibility;
  • Market Hygiene (ageing, expiries, damages, etc)
  • Get customer feedback, address customer complaints & build relationship with key customers.

12. Reviews information and documents of a new sub distributor and forwards the documents with comments to NBLM / RBLM for approval.
