1. To ensure that all security staff is performing duties as per prescribed job descriptions.

2. To monitor the performance of security surveillance team on daily basis.

3. Physical checking and ensuring proper positioning and alertness of all Security Staff at deputed sites.

4. To promptly responding and reporting of any untoward incident to department head.

5. To ensure operational fitness /proper maintenance of weapons and equipments

6. Selection of security guard for any special duty and issue of license copy/weapon authority letter

7. To address and resolve all administrative issues faced by security staff

8. To counsel / guide to all supervisors/security guards as and when required

9. To coordinate with other departments to deal with training of support staff and other common issues on job training of all security staff after identification of weak areas.

10. To develop & maintain relationship with Law Enforcement Agencies.
