You will be required to….

· Develop and maintain strong relationship with all drivers on our system
· Be the focal point for all help & support required for Careem drivers
· Recruit high quality drivers and motivate them to dedicate more and more time for Careem rides
· Ensure our drivers follow Careem customer standards
· Train our drivers on our technology and customer service experience
· Provide all necessary support to ensure our operations run smoothly
· Ensure all drivers have non-criminal and clean background

Our fleet managers are …

· Good at driving relationships - both with drivers and their companies
· Strong communicators – can train drivers on our systems and processes
· Persuasive – they are able to communicate our value proposition to drivers
· Highly organized – they are able to drive and implement strong processes
· Technology aware – they are able to grasp our technology and systems
