The Senior System Analyst`s role is to manage and supervise a software development and support team located in Lahore-Pakistan. The primary role of the person includes software requirement analysis, design and development, testing and delivery of the solutions to the regional countries. Additionally, solution support and software maintenance will also be managed from this location.
The person will work closely with the key stakeholders like IT Director in Karachi and regional management, as well as business leaders across the regions under the directions of local IT Director.
Minimum Experience/Training Required:
- Minimum three years of salesforce.com experience (design, development, deployment and support)
- Minimum two years of Business Analytics experience (data warehouse, data marts, business reporting solutions)
- Understanding of digital tools for pharma industry, for example, closed loop marketing (CLM), websites, and mobility solutions
- Good know-how of the following tools is highly desirable; Salesforce.com, Qlikview analytics tool, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, Phonegap, MS Sharepoint
- Full understanding of software development life cycle, and experience of implementing at least 2 large scale projects as a lead
