Job Summary:

AM Sales / BD works to improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth. Position holder will be responsible for corporate & institutional sales. Major job responsibilities includes, but not limited to locating customer, building good relations with them, giving them presentations, attending business meetings, pre & post sales activities, strengthen the current business, identifies new business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Responsible for the achievement of assigned targets on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
  2. Responsible for the implementation of marketing, sales & business development plans & strategies devised by GM [North].
  3. Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  4. Work in a team to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximizing revenue & profitability.
  5. Prospecting for new clients / customers and having them informed about the company products and latest offers.
  6. Screens potential business deals & its requirements, evaluates options; resolving internal priorities and processes. Keep supporting team by providing new ways to explore new market and clients.
  7. Responsible for the giving of presentation on products, solutions and services that meet clients needs.
  8. He will also manage existing clients / customers and ensure that they stay satisfied at all the times. Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs.
  9. Maintain confidentiality.
  10. Responsible for the accounts receivables pertaining to his / her assigned area.
  11. Conduct daily, weekly & month sales meeting with the team and involve GM wherever required.
