Doart Energy Private Limited is looking for a full-time Technical sales representative job description to join our team in Islamabad Office.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including energy companies, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and government agencies.
Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored energy solutions.
Present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating how Doart Energy's products and services can meet their specific needs and deliver value.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM software.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, including technical consultations, solution validation, and post-sale technical assistance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
