This is direct reporting position to CEO/Director. Round the clock 24/7 working temperament required. We are looking for an individual with vast experience in administration, CEO Office Management, event managements, to look after and compliance of all personal and official matters of CEO/ Directors. It is a 70% field job and 30% in-house secretarial working. Excellent ability to get things done through other people.

Job Responsibility:

· Coordinate with Administration Staff and arrange executive Events.

· Maintain daily Diary

· Arrange personal & Official events, travel and hotel arrangements of executives.

· Keep record of personal valuables and update on regular basis.

Skills Required:

· High level of integrity & confidentiality is required

· Ability to handle multiple assignments in tight deadlines.

· Strong administrative Skills.

· MS Office (Excel, Word Etc).
