A Software Support Executive is responsible for providing technical assistance, support and training to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

2) Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with software applications.

3) Guiding customers through problem-solving steps or providing remote assistance.

4) Documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

5) Collaborating with internal teams, such as development or quality assurance, to resolve complex issues.

6) Providing training and support materials to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of the software.

7) Identifying and escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support or development teams.

Continuously updating knowledge base and support documentation.

8) Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

9) Participating in software testing and quality assurance processes to identify and report bugs or issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.A or B.Com
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
