Responsible for heading local and imported purchase(s)
Responsible for preparing purchase plan and demand forecasting for these purchases
Responsible for preparing budget plan and ensuring purchases under the budget
Responsible for preparing variance analysis and reporting to management
Responsible for developing SOP's for effective demand forecasting
Supply Planning & Shipment Planning
Material Plannig & Material Sourcing
Responsible for preparing pre-qualification parameters of vendors i.e financial records, after sale service, technical competencies etc)
Evaluating vendors performance and maintain performance evaluation record( quality, delivery, quantity)
Designing annual procurement contract with approved vendors and negotiate on prices, delivery, returns and stocks
