Supply Chain

  • Tea serving to the guests.

  • Under the supervision of the Asst. SCService Officer will have the responsibility to supervise, coordinate, and manage the office building maintenance, Generator Maintenance, and office cleaning with the support of the office cleaner?
  • Responsible for photocopier repair and maintenance timely.
  • Good knowledge of Photocopier and Generator operating.
  • Work closely with asst. officer SCServices, cook and cleaner.

SERVICES/Operational

  • Maintenance of office tube lights, bulbs, AC repairs, water leaks, etc.
  • Timely maintenance of office furniture
  • Timely water refilling and service of offices UPS
  • Operate the photocopier, copying, scanning, spiral bindings
  • Maintenance of photocopiers and printers i.e. filing paper trays, Machines cleaning
  • Generator operating, Repairing & maintenance.
  • Preparing conference room for all meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services in the office.
  • In-depth understanding of IR values and their demonstration in the office while working with all staff.
  • Abide by the IR zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, bullying, violence, bribery & corruption.
  • Assist in the documentation of official documents in the office.
  • Participation and facilitation in the implementation of IR seasonal Programmes.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision, and mission as well as commitment to its PSEAH (preventing sexual exploitation abuse, and harassment) protocols. IR has a zero-tolerance policy towards PSEAH and doesn’t support any action that promotes or encourages PSEAH.

Qualification:

Minimum Matric, Intermediate will be Preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in national/INGO setup.

Computer Skills:

MS Office, and Outlook systems familiarity

Language:

Urdu, English, and local languages
