Ensure active security surveillance, Motor/Car Parking Management
CCTV surveillance, cameras' functioning, tools & devices functioning
Ensure timely & complete documentation of Gate, Office, Scrap Yard
Supervision of ongoing projects and work orders management system
Admin Support / Coordination with Contractors & Civil Team
Supervision of Canteen Arrangements i.e. Hygiene, Food Quality, Service etc.
Update departmental Policies/SOP's as per organizational need
Improve Housekeeping, Gardening & Janitorial Standard in Offices, Mill, Colony & Guest House
Supervision of Repair & Maintenance of Company Assets (Vehicles, Machinery, Offices, Mill, Colony, Guest House)
Guests facilitation & Arrangements in Guests House
Supervise Record Management of Colony Residents & Ensure its Updating accordingly
