Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents, including contracts, policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic filing system, ensuring documents are properly indexed and easily accessible.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and minute-taking.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • 01 - 03 years of experience in relevant field.
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
