Responsible for the Chemical Formulations and Foaming of Flexible Polyurethane Foam Production.
Can handle a team for Overall Production and Maintenance.
Should have experience in producing Polyurethane Foam from low density to high density.
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
Leadership and strong character is a must.Assure quality of continuous blocks production as well as batches
Manage production of blending of polyol systems to meet desired product output and characteristics
Create and test samples.
Generation of cost savings and operational improvement ideas
Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed;
Supervising and motivating a team of workers;
Reviewing worker performance;
Identifying training needs.
