E-Commerce Account Manager

Mind Aqua is looking for individuals who can collaborate and thrive in a fast pace & entrepreneurial environment, customer driven/obsession, think like an owner, good business instinct/judgment, demonstrate and foster innovative thinking, use the latest tools and technology to analyze data and insights to rapidly grow and scale 3rd party sellers’ assortment to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Goal of this position is to increase web presence and marketing assistance to increase our sales on E-bay and Amazon.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the backend of Ebay and Amazon e-commerce store and take care of the processing of daily orders
Formulate and execute business and marketing plans to increase the online share of marketplace
Create advertising campaigns for the brand on Facebook, Google Search and Google Display Network
Create and execute monthly and occasion-specific marketing campaigns for the brand
Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
Work with content writers to manage online presence of products through Facebook updates, tweets, etc.
Marketing for products
Shipping/handling of sold goods.
