Medical Transcription Billing Corp. [NASDAQ: MTBC], a publicly-traded healthcare IT Company, seeks to hire Manager Medical Services for its Rawalpindi Office. The incumbent will report to Chief Medical Officer and will be responsible to:
- Manage day-to-day operations of medical department within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent levels of internal customer service.
- Work as a liaison between employees and medical coordinators i.e. addressing issues of employees with medical coordinators.
- Coordinate with the Hospitals, vendors and pharmacies on panel on issues related to the medical facility.
- Prepare and manage budget for the medical department and manage the inventory.
- Create a liaison between admin and medical department in managing the inventory.
- Perform analysis of medical facility and report to the higher management.
Person Specification:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Management Science or related field
- Proven work experience of at least 5 years in similar position. Hospital Administration experience will be preferred.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Organizational and Multitasking skills
