Program Officer
Significantly examine community’s needs and Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA); coordinate in the development of Village Disaster Risk Management Plan (VDRMP)
Key Accomplishments:
· Establish effective materials for training sessions and mobilize communities, CERTs, and stakeholders for training sessions; participate during response phase of the disaster, and establishment of Emergency Operation Center.
· Manage training sessions independently on CBDRM (community-based disaster risk management) including winter preparedness, work safety, first aid and rope management, both theoretical and practical aspects.
· Develop training materials including attendance sheet, session plan, manuals, and presentations based on the TNA. Conduct meetings with Heads of District law enforcement Agencies and District Disaster Management Authority.
