• Assistance, Management & Controlling all types of maintenance activities on 250 MW Power Complex comprising on Gas Turbines, HRSGs, RO Plant, Steam Turbines and related Utilities.
• Utilities and Auxiliaries Management including Air Compressors, Chillers, Dryers, Sea water pumps and Fire Fighting system.
• Departmental projects planning, resourcing, execution and controls.
• Execute Spares and Material requirement planning in line with projects, maintenance and Organizational Goals.
• Planning, budgeting and controlling of all Running and Capitalized Maintenances.
• Inter and intra departmental communication for controlled flow of information and support functions especially with Business Finance, Commercial, Inventory Management and supply Chain.
• Implementation of major projects related to plant betterment through MOC (Management of change) and regulatory bodies.
• Conduction of inter and intra departmental audits to ensure compliance of ISO and HSEQ standards.
• Track departmental objectives and KPI’s against targets & identify gaps for continual process improvement.
• Technical evaluation of contractors, finalizing scope of work, estimations and timelines finalization with engineering design, technical and strategy teams.
• Internal and external communications with the stakeholders and contractors for the timely execution of maintenance and projects.
• As asset Manager ensure conformance of all IS0 55001 (Asset Management System) requirements across all functions.

Major Responsibilities during Descon:

• Become thoroughly familiar with scope of work, all relevant contractual documents, Budget, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) etc.
• Prepare Level III Plan for execution in line with project contractual /approved schedule.
• Update activities in the Level‐III plan; generate rolling 3 months and 4 weeks look ahead plans based on updated Level‐III Plan and work front availability status.
• Analyze cost and time impact due to any revision of schedule by the client or by the project team itself.
• Inform of the progress, work priorities and anticipated delays; Prepare critical path analysis; and to suggest timely corrective action/revisit execution strategy in consultation with execution team for achieving of project objectives. Validation and reporting of progress.
• Identify and monitor allocation of key resources; workers, equipment and material based on 3‐months look‐ahead plan.
• Responsible for making the Rigging Plan and making the Method Statement for approval from the client.
• Monitoring of all plans and schedules with required inputs and resources by graph chart and other techniques. This is to achieve the goals, schedules and milestones within planned time.
• Directly communication with Client, Vendor & line management and all the relevant departments involved in project execution.
• Responsible for additional work and changes in the scope and schedule of work.
• Support the team members and motivate them time to time.
• Identify and share knowledge of best practices gained from past projects with team members to promote the quality of product.
• Demonstrates good communication and decision-making skills, while interacting freely with the Customer.
