Daily Communication and Coordination with the Union council communication offers and Area Level Social Mobilizers for the planning and execution of Community Engagement activities.
Conduct field monitoring visits to oversee the implementation of activities.
Identify and address any challenges or issues arising in the field.
Making detailed and organized reports on the implementation of assigned activities to the field staff.
Obtain the data from field staff for Communication Network.
Compile and sort the data in a proper manner.
Maintaining and updating master Data in our Databases [Communication Network and MCTDB].
Ensuring Data integrity and Data consistency through regular reviews and validation processes as well as identifying and resolving Data inconsistencies and errors to ensure high data quality Data Cleaning, Data Modeling, Data processing and Data Transformation before analysis.
Monitoring changes and updates to master data and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Visit the field for the purpose of verification, such as data, reports to ensure the quality of field work.
Design and develop interactive Excel and PowerBi Dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Train subordinates on the importance of correct data entry and management.
Making Different types of meaningful Reports in Microsoft Excel for Data Analysis.
