Solar Revolution Pakistan was established in 2015 with an aim to provide alternative solar based energy solutions to homes, offices, industry and agriculture (solar powered water pumps for irrigation).

Being consultant I was involved right from the beginning by the directors when the company was being conceived.

Helped launch the company as a new start-up from scratch by developing the business model and the product mix in line with the market demand.

The products and services to be offered were selected after an intensive market research and survey which involved both prospective customers and competitors offering similar products and services.

Identification of the niche to be targeted, which was agriculture sector. Providing affordable solar powered water pumps to the farmers and land owners in Pakistan.

Ran a successful awareness campaign among influential organizations like AKF (Agha Khan Foundation), USAID and WASEP in Gilgit Baltistan. These organizations support and finance social uplift projects like basic infrastructure development, irrigation for barren lands etc.

Developed an AC/DC hybrid home solution for remote areas where energy shortage is acute.

Developing an effective and successful marketing strategy with very limited resources.

Universal Soap and Cosmetics is a soap manufacturing company situated in Johor Bahru State of Malaysia. The company provides the facility of OEM and Contract manufacturing for companies around the world. It basically manufactures high quality beauty/bath and antibacterial bar soaps.

Got tremendous exposure in Product Development, Market Development, Inventory Management, Logistics, Sample Development and Manufacturing and Quality Control.

Was solely responsible for developing new products for our OEM customers in accordance with their requirements.

Developed over half a dozen soap brands from around the world under my supervision. These brands were OEM projects from private companies.

Under market development responsibility all the fresh inquiries about our company, products and services would come to me and I would communicate and coordinate with them under the guidance of our director.

Managed supply chain and inventory at our manufacturing facility. Our suppliers were spread across many countries which include India, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Oversaw import and export of our raw materials and products across international borders.

Some of the products developed by me are in the Pakistani market also which include, Paradise beauty soap, Safah beauty soap, Ena beauty soap, Midas beauty soap and Crown Lather beauty soap and DENIM for Men.
