Responsibilities:-
           Manage and maintain electrical services at the site with the help of the engineering and technician team.
·            Work with the engineering team to plan, coordinate and execute electrical projects, and Review project specifications and identify technical constraints and requirements, and Prepare technical design documents based on project specifications, and Supervise project activities to ensure timely completion
·              Preserves equipment in good working order by following operating instructions,     troubleshooting malfunctions, keeping supplies on hand, regularly performing preventive maintenance, and promptly scheduling repairs.
·              To help the maintenance engineering team troubleshoot and modify electrical controls, PLC & VFD  base control machines and Repairing of Electronics circuit, a control panel of all machines/equipment and operation and maintenance of 1000KVA, 500KVA and 550KVA Diesel generator and Solar system.
·               Prepared annual budget for the Electrical department and ensure expenditure within budget.

Major Responsibilities & Job Description:-
• Designing Maintenance Strategies, Procedures and methods. Erection,
Commissioning, Installation and validity of new project.
• Involved Project Planning & Project Management. Carrying out routine
scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Screw Air Compressor(Boge), Power
factor and LT and HT panels, Injection Moulding machine, winding machine,
thermal press, spray machine, H.V clearance machine and calibration of
measurements instruments, LCR meter etc.
• Design control circuit as per requirement of systems and handle all Plant
machinery and build new ideas that is running system with progressive day by
day.
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components and
controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.

Major Responsibilities & Job Description:-
• Responsible for Engineering, Modification / Technical Support to Maintenance team, for the plant and Work involved planning & execution of maintenance schedule (weekly, monthly, & yearly) of machines and Erection, Commissioning and Installation of new Plant.
• To help maintenance & engineering team, in trouble shooting and modification of electrical controls, Capacitors winding machine, Thermal press machine, Printing machine, Spray Machine, Sorting machine, PLC and Pneumatic Operated and Repairing of Electronics circuit, control panel of all machines / equipment.
• Handling all the jobs related to PLC, Inverters (VFD), Temperature controller, LCR meter, PID controller, HV, MV, LV, PF & LT panels, and control panels, related to, Filtration plants, dust collections system, packing sealing machines and other related utilities.
• Operation (Synchronizing) & Maintenance of Diesel Generator and Screw Air Compressor (Compare Germany).
• Making Import and Local Purchase Indents of machinery parts and working on ERP system and working base follower ISO standard.

Major Responsibilities &Job Description:-
• Under Supervision my 7 Branch. We work completely renovate or branch building maintenance with respect to civil, mechanical, HVAC and electrical work.

• Under Supervision my Seven Branches. We work completely renovate and branch building maintenance with respect to civil, mechanical, HVAC and electrical work.
• Check out all HOT and COLD equipment, Up right FC, Mini FC, Up right Chiller, Walking Freezer, HCW-5&8, PITCO Fryer of branches and prepared maintenance schedule for maintain all equipment in good working.
• Check out Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Diesel Generator 150 to 500 KVA, ATS panels, Power factor and other electrical control panels.
• Programing of all equipment’s controlling module, VC-210, EM-90 COPUTER SCK PITCO FASTRON and installation of Gas Control HONEYWELL, ROBERTSHAH valve etc.
• Maintenance, repairing and troubleshooting of all the other related utilities.

• Understanding of complete quality of all products.
• Three Phase Meter Accuracy Check Different load.
• Single Phase Meter Testing.
